I'm not practicing IIH daily, but I'm quite sure that I will, when the time is right for me. My daily practice is meditation and energy work, coupled with "freezone" clearing tech. Occasionally I also do GD style ceremonial magick. I'm currently in preparations for a qabalistic pathworking which will start at the beginning of 2003.
